Description

The Greenlee 5990A is a 5000V megohmmeter/insulation tester that is intended to test insulation, detect voltage and verify continuity. The 5990A automatically discharges the tested object when the test is complete. The 5990A features pre-set test voltages of 250V, 500V, 1kV, 2.5kV and 5kV for quick adjustments while the large LCD display with backlight offers easy to read
results (Digital & Analog). The 5990A is rated for CAT IV-600V and features an automatic discharge after every insulation test for extra safety.
